Day 1Colombo to Wipattu (Hotel stay In Anuradhapura, 38 Km to Wipattu)

Arrival at Colombo Airport, Meet & Greet by SUNFLOWER TRIP’s representative in the lobby. Transfer to Wilpattu  No Activities On Day One. Checking To Hotel.

Day 2Wilpattu Safari – Full Day with Lunch- (Anuradhapura to Wilpattu)

Wilpattu National Park is a park located on the island of Sri Lanka. The unique feature of this park is the existence of “Willus” – Natural, sand-rimmed water basins or depressions that fill with rainwater. Located in the Northwest coast lowland dry zone of Sri Lanka. Overnight stay at Anuradhapura.

Day 3Anuradhapura Full Day Sightseeing

Breakfast at the Hotel. Anuradhapura is a major city in Sri Lanka. It is the capital city of North Central Province, Sri Lanka and the capital of Anuradhapura District. Anuradhapura is one of the ancient capitals of Sri Lanka, famous for its well-preserved ruins of an ancient Sinhala civilization. Visiting Places in Anuradhapura  Sri Maha Bhodhiya The sacred Bodhi tree is central to Anuradhapura in both a spiritual and physical sense. Overnight stay at Anuradhapura.

Day 4Anuradhapura to Trinco

After Breakfast at the Hotel – Journey will start From Anuradhapura

Trincomalee is a port city on the northeast coast of Sri Lanka. Set on a peninsula, Fort Frederick was built by the Portuguese in the 17th century. Within its grounds, the grand Koneswaram Temple stands on Swami Rock cliff, a popular vantage point for blue-whale watching. The holy complex contains ornate shrines and a massive statue of Shiva. Nearby Gokanna Temple has a panoramic view over the city and the coastline

Day 5Trincomalee- Whole Day Sightseeing in Trinco

Trinco Full Day Sightseeing like  Koneswaran Temple, Fort Fredrick, Whale Watching- Trincomale, British War Cemetery, Kanniyan Hot Springs well etc. Overnight stay at Trinco 

Pigeon Island Tour- Supplement Basis 

The name Pigeon Island has come about after the hundreds of endemic Blue Rock Pigeons that inhabit the island. It is situated in the Eastern Province, north of Trincomale, one kilometer off the Nilaveli coast; a stretch of beach known as the most beautiful in the island.

Day 6Sigiriya and Dambulla

The environment around the Sigiriya may have been inhabited since prehistoric times. There is clear evidence that the many rock shelters and caves in the vicinity were occupied by Buddhist monks and ascetics from as early as the 3rd century BCE. The earliest evidence of human habitation at Sigiriya is the Aligala rock shelter to the east of Sigiriya rock, indicating that the area was occupied nearly five thousand years ago during the Mesolithic Period

Sightseeing In Sigiriya and Dambulla – Sigiriya Rock fortress, Dambulla Cave Temple, City Tour, Dambulla Lake  etc. Overnight stay at Hotel at Sigiriya.

Day 7Sigiriya to Kandy (90 Kms. / 2 Hrs.)

After Breakfast: & Journey Start from Hotel at 08.am from Sigiriya 

Kandy is a large city in central Sri Lanka. It’s set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and biodiverse rainforest. The city’s heart is scenic Kandy Lake (Bogambara Lake), which is popular for strolling. Kandy is famed for sacred Buddhist sites, including the Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) shrine, celebrated with the grand Esala Perahera annual procession. Temple Of Tooth relic- ( Buddha-pooja Start at 9.30am in The Morning-evening  6.30pm), Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Noritake factory, Spice Garden, Kandy Lake, Gem Museum, Kandy View Point. ( Evening ). Overnight stay at Kandy hotel.

Day 8Kandy to Colombo (115 Kms. / 3 Hrrs.)

After The Breakfast you will Transfer to Colombo. 

Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, has a long history as a port on ancient east-west trade routes, ruled successively by the Portuguese, Dutch and British. That heritage is reflected in its its architecture, mixing colonial buildings with high-rises and shopping malls. The imposing Colombo National Museum, dedicated to Sri Lankan history, borders sprawling Viharamahadevi Park and its giant Buddha. Overnight stay at Colombo Hotel.

Day 9Drop to Colombo Airport

After breakfast check out from Hotel and Out for Colombo airport Drop. Journey Onwards. Tour was end with beautiful memory with Sunflower Trip.
